The Role

The business is currently searching for the Country Talent Acquisition Head for Japan, based in the Tokyo office. As the size of the organisation is quite large and diverse in Japan, this position will have a high demand for being aware of talent acquisition and management internally and externally. Managing a team of four talent acquisition individuals, the role will be a blend of operational level support and hands-on sourcing to secure top talent in the market.  

The Individual

The individual can come from either in-house or agency recruitment backgrounds. The right individual for this role needs to be dynamic, proactive, and willing to step into a changing environment with multiple stakeholders for each individual business unit. Strong communication skills, speed, accuracy, and execution are critical for this individual be able to succeed.
