Working with the CEO and the Board, take responsibility for end-to-end HR across key financial markets. Your own success will be measured by your ability to drive the implementation and expansion of the regional and global model. In line with growth projections all aspects of Talent Management are high on the agenda including the design and implementation of tailored Training & Development programs. As you interact with the board they will require a new remuneration and rewards programs to further fuel high performance.
You are a high caliber person with international experience. You will be motivated by joining a fast-growing small-to-medium sized business where you can absolutely make this role your own. While always focusing on the longer term you will be hands on with your team and the business to ensure short term priorities get delivered. Experience working across international markets with a background in matrix structures and some exposure to listed vehicles are all highly desirable.
