We are looking or an individual who can demonstrate a broad set of tactical and strategic HR skills gained within a demanding Commercial organisation and should be proven in a fast-paced and challenging setting. As our client is an acquisitive organisation with aggressive growth plans, the right individual should also possess a degree of M&A experience, having performed due diligence and/or integration activities. He or she should also have experience driving cultural change and/or transformations.
