This is a Country Senior HR Business Lead position based in Tokyo for a global technology company with major international presence in both Asia and the U.S. The business has a significant presence in both hardware and software internationally.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will act as a strategic partner to key business and functional heads. Responsible for managing a small team you will be required to establish locally oriented HR business objectives that align with the overall company strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders and other HR Business Leads to drive an aligned HR strategy. Influence business leaders and other key stakeholders with conviction and credibility. Develop effective HR policies, programs and procedures in response aligned with business needs. Oversee core HR processes including performance management, rewards, and Organisational Development.
This role requires an experienced generalist who will bring a strong strategic approach and commercial mindset to the position. You must be internationally minded and with strong communication skills.
