This mid-sized company is a well-recognised and highly respected multinational brand. After a few years of consolidation, they have stabilized the organization and have a strong growth strategy creating a need for people to progress alongside the organisation. The organization has more than 8,000 people worldwide across 120 countries. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
In this role, you will further build the capabilities of the team while working across a diverse range of business and HR stakeholders. Reporting to the APAC HR Head, you will lead a small team in establishing a higher level of sophistication within HR. It is essential for you to be both strategic and hands-on simultaneously as a key area of focus includes the development and execution of HR strategies in keeping with business and financial objectives. As China remains a robust market for them, it would be ideal if you have had that country experience under your remit. Additionally, you can expect some travelling within the region.
We seek an energetic HR talent who has team leadership experience and strong career background in multinational, multi-business environments. Critical areas include strong influencing, relationship building and decision making skills to ensure the alignment and tailoring of regional HR priorities to the local and sub-regional internal client groups. Versatility and adaptability would prove useful in this entrepreneurial company.
