This mid-sized public company (B2B) is a growing market leader with a broad footprint across more than 50 countries. The company is known for its smart and progressive HR leadership. The organisation has a diverse workforce and is heavily customer-focused. At an exciting time of transformation, this company is now seeking a Global HR Business Process Lead to be based in Singapore.

The Role

This role will report to the Director, HR Transformation and will be responsible for driving the implementation of the new global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors). This will be a 2-3 year Singapore based project. It is a senior, transformational role with major impact and influence. This position will lead the design, build and deployment of the system worldwide. The person in this role will partner with an outside vendor which will assist with the implementation; and will manage multiple internal senior stakeholders. In addition to the requisite technical understanding, this implementation will require deep project management, change management and communications skills.  

The Individual

The person we are seeking should have held responsibility for leading the end-to-end implementation of an HRIS globally within a mid-to-large size complex and matrixed organisation - ideally a public company. He or she must have SAP experience and ideally SuccessFactors as well. It’s likely that this individual will be a career person in the project HRIS/SAP space. It is also necessary that they have deep experience managing and facing off directly with senior stakeholders globally. We are also looking for robust Change Management skills - including the ability to develop the necessary communications.
