The Company

Known for its innovative customer solutions and with a positive shift in its rewards strategy, we are excited to be involved in the search for a Head of Rewards. The role will be based in London.

The Role

This newly structured and advisory role will see you working with group reward and be responsible for driving and contributing to the UK Reward strategy and policy formation, whilst balancing global strategy. Expect all aspects of reward, from executive compensation, incentives and job grading to employee share plans and benefits. The on-going digital agenda will also be key.  

The Individual

We are looking for a proven rewards specialist with a good knowledge of all aspects of compensation and benefits, ideally in financial services or a related sector. Analytical and data management capability will be important, as will strong project management skills and a digital mindset. Critical to success, will be highly developed stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
