To be based in Dubai, a first-class Africa HR Director position has opened up. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Management team and will need to work closely with differing groups of stakeholders, supporting in all areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Diversity and Retention.
At least 8 years’ HR generalist experience will be required, which will ideally have an emerging markets bias, in addition to some industry insight into the FMCG and consumer goods world. A broad suite of general commercial skills will be required particularly building relationships, implementing and organising functional areas and driving change.
