With a strong reputation globally, this organisation is looking for a Global Executive Development Lead to join their team in supporting and driving the interests throughout and across all of its subsidiaries.

The Role

Based in Hong Kong, this position reports to the Group Executive Development Head. It is a new and critical role as the organisation looks to upgrade and develop the next generation of senior leaders at the C-suite level. Due to the different nature and maturity levels of individual business units across various industries, you will need to work closely with internal and external stakeholders in designing and delivering senior leadership assessment/development plans to the businesses.  

The Individual

We are looking for someone with the right intellect and charisma who is able to engage very senior stakeholders and be able to translate the technical and emotional elements into these newly developed leadership initiatives and methodologies. An innovative thinker, you should have the ability to operationalise creative ideas in building ‘future-ready’ capabilities. Global retail and consumer goods industry background is preferred. The ideal individual should have international experience and should be able to demonstrate the ability to both design and deliver leadership programs.
